So, you want to make a green juice?! That's awesome! So many people want to know how to get healthy, how to start a cleanse or even a better spiritual practice and let me tell you - juicing is the best thing somebody can do!
By juicing, you are giving your body all the servings of fruits and vegetables it needs to be happy and healthy! I know I love my greens, but not even I want to sit and eat bowl after bowl after bowl of veggies. I can only eat so much! :) By juicing, you are giving your body the necessary vitamins and minerals in a way the body can easily digest.
Today, I'm going to share with you my favorite Good Morning Green Juice :)
A handful of Kale
A half a cucumber
And a half a pear! to make it sweet :)
Wash your ingredients and peel your cucumber
Get out your juicer
Turn it on and press all the goodies in...i like to use mason jars to catch the juice
And there ya go!
Juicing really is soooo good for you and soooo easy to do! It only takes 20 minutes and that includes prep and clean up.
